This month's intuitive tip teaches you how to simultaneously connect with the Earth and the Spirit realm. One way to do this is with physical meditation. Traditional meditation teaches that we must sit in silence anywhere between 15 minutes to 2 hours to have a good meditation. However, if you're like me, sitting in meditation for an extended period is difficult to do everyday. Instead, I do walking meditation, also known as physical meditation. I'll put on my headset with meditative music and take a long walk and by the time I'm done, I've both grounded my energy with Earth and have connected with the Spirit realm. I'm lucky enough to start every morning with physical meditation. It's simple and easy. Even if you don't have the time to start everyday like this, you can definitely find time to enjoy physical meditation sometime during the week.
