What is the Aura and How Do I Nurture It?

Nurturing Your Aura
An effective way to nurture your aura is to use color. Simply, find a quiet place a few times a week with the intention of clearing and nourishing your aura. Sit or lay somewhere where you'll remain undisturbed for 15-20 minutes. Visualize a beautiful golden color surrounding your entire body extending from your skin to 3 feet away from your body. Next, visualize a beautiful white light extending from your skin to 3 feet away from your body. Then imagine the gold and white colors swirling into each other: cleansing, clearing and nourishing your aura for at least 10 minutes. Near the conclusion of the 15-20 minute period, imagine a beautiful rose pink color surrounding your entire body extending from your skin to 3 feet away from your body. Feel yourself in this beautiful rose pink color for at least 3-5 minutes. Open your eyes and thank the colors for coming to assist you. You should feel refreshed, calm and centered.
